A New Way Counseling

I went there today feeling at the end of my rope. I was just asking the manager when my counseling was going to start. She took FULL advantage of being outside with me, and said in a very confrontational way, Who told you you could come back? Then she said, I don't have time to talk to you. They REALLY take sides of other clients, they say they won't talk about disagreements we have, but the way they treat one person, compared to another , says it all without saying a word. I walked in there and was trying to communicate that I wanted to start off in a clean slate , let's forget about the past, and the manager refused to work anything out with me asked me to leave, knowing full well that I've been fighting suicidal thoughts. She was condescending and asked me if I needed to go to the hospital, knowing that the only thing I needed was support again. She made me feel worthless , unloved and not cared about. I did point out that the way she came at me with the You did this statements , encouraged me to be on the defensive. I also asked her how were the clients there going to learn assertion, when the staff is so aggressive. I really liked my caseworker there, but won't be talked down to or belittled. I have been going through a med wash and other very serious health problems. She said, We will talk tomorrow, when I was having the crisis today. Sometimes there is not a tomorrow. I refuse to go to this center again, I was hurt beyond belief there , and you're right, worst treatment center EVER.
